Calling all choreographers for FLICfest 2013!
Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 08:42AM FLICfest 2013 is underway! The submission deadline is August 6. In order to submit your work, you must attend an Info Session (or send a representative from your company), on July 16 at 6:30 pm, at the Irondale Center. Attendance is mandatory. If you cannot attend and cannot send someone to represent you, contact jeramy@flicfest.org.
FLICfest (Feature-Length Independent Choreography) is in its third year of presenting exciting dance theatre in Brooklyn, at the beautiful Irondale Center in Ft. Greene's BAM Cultural District. If you are a choreographer making feature-length work (50-60 minutes), FLICfest is for you. More than just a performance opportunity, FLICfest is an opportunity to be a part of building a thriving community. Come to an Info Session to find out how you can be a part of our 2013 festival.
The Irondale Center is located at 85 S. Oxford St., in Ft. Greene. Trains: C to Lafayette, G to Fulton, or B/D/N/R/Q/2/3/4/5 to Atlantic/Pacific.
